Do you work with clients outside Windsor?
Yes. CM Professional Services is based in Windsor-Essex and supports clients remotely across Canada. In-person service is available in Windsor and nearby communities by arrangement.
Are services available in Spanish?
Yes. Services and client communication are available in English and Spanish.
Are payroll, AP, AR, and payment processing included?
They are separately scoped add-ons for every base package. This keeps your service aligned with the volume and responsibilities your business actually needs.
Can you help if my bookkeeping is behind?
Yes. We begin with a quick assessment. If deeper review is needed, we define the diagnostic and provide a fixed-fee cleanup or catch-up proposal.
What does CRA documentation support include?
We help organize your records, understand the documents requested, and prepare clear supporting information. If legal representation or specialized tax advice is required, we will recommend involving the appropriate professional.
Do you prepare corporate tax returns?
Corporate tax preparation is not included in the monthly bookkeeping packages. We can organize accountant-ready books and coordinate with your CPA or tax accountant.
